To strengthen our growing client operations, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who owns client relationships, ensures successful implementation, and drives long-term value from our AI automation solutions.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Attanda, you are responsible for guiding clients throughout their entire automation journey — from onboarding and go-live to optimization and expansion.

You work closely with Automation Engineers, Systems Engineers, and product teams to translate business goals into successful AI automation outcomes. You ensure that systems are adopted correctly, continuously improved, and aligned with client objectives.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong communication skills with technical understanding and a passion for delivering measurable customer value.
